-Successfully completed two terms of service on this project as an AmeriCorps VISTA member:
-Assisted in the management of a Berks County Collective-Impact initiative to increase youth literacy rates, with participating organizations spanning the non-profit, business, education and government sectors..
-Served as broker and communicated verbally and through written materials with diverse stakeholders including school administration and staff across 12 school districts, a volunteer team of 300+, backbone organization staff members, and other community partners, in order to inform, train, motivate, engage and collect feedback.
-Implemented processes to assess faculty and volunteer feedback to identify key opportunities for improvement.
